The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas.<\/li>\n<li>The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201cGet the sale\u201d using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)<\/li>\n<li>Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads<\/li>\n<li>Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments<\/li>\n<li>Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and expand client database<\/li>\n<li>Forecast sales, develop \u201cout of the box\u201d sales strategies\/models and evaluate their effectiveness<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships<\/li>\n<li>Meet personal and team sales targets<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven sales experience<\/li>\n<li>Track record of over-achieving quota<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Self motivated and driven<\/li>\n<li>BA\/BSc. degree or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>26 years and above.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management<\/li>\n<li>Computer use competency<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefit<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The staff will be entitled to a base pay.<\/li>\n<li>Commission is tied to every transaction\/deal you are able to close successfully.<\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to be converted as full term employee will be based on performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:resourcing@halogensecurity.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>resourcing@halogensecurity.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with \u201cDirect Sales Staff -Lagos\u201d, as the subject of the mail.
