{"id":71418,"date":"2019-02-14T10:20:24","date_gmt":"2019-02-14T09:20:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=71418"},"modified":"2019-02-13T18:04:19","modified_gmt":"2019-02-13T17:04:19","slug":"leadhire-limited-recent-job-opening","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/leadhire-limited-recent-job-opening.html","title":{"rendered":"LeadHire Limited Recent Job Opening"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>LeadHire, we understand that for any desired organisational goal to be achieved, the right talent must be synchronized with other forms of resources, hence, our reason for existing.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the following positions below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Bar Supervisor and Bar Manager (Juice, Smoothie, Salad Bar)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lekki Phase 1, Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n<p><strong>Summary<\/strong><br \/>\nThe role will include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The person will ensure a positive company image by providing courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service to customers and team members.<\/li>\n<li>And will be responsible for supervising the day to day operations and efficient functioning of other employees at outlet.<\/li>\n<li>Serving customers,<\/li>\n<li>Making juice bar drinks,<\/li>\n<li>Setting and maintaining attractive displays, and cleaning and maintaining the juice bar area according to the specifications and the Health requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nCustomer Service:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide excellent service to our guests. Give every customer immediate and undivided<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customers are satisfied and Have a positive experience.<\/li>\n<li>Have a high level of presence in the bar and be confident in communicating with customers and ensure that their expectations are met and exceeded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Third Party Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaises with suppliers, distributors and other service providers to the store.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with ordering and stock control where necessary<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate minor repairs for assets such as ACs, juicers, refrigerators and other assets.<\/li>\n<li>Reports major repairs and maintenance work to the facility company &amp; follow up to ensure appropriate work is done.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Inventory Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure that all billing and cashiering are conducted as per the required standards<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible for opening\/closing<\/li>\n<li>Stock Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Other Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.<\/li>\n<li>Follow and comply with all established policies and procedures e.g. compliance to dress code,<\/li>\n<li>hygiene standards.<\/li>\n<li>Generate and send required reports to management.<\/li>\n<li>Operate equipment and serve product in the juice bar area, this includes preparing juices and smoothies and other quick meals.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure a fresh and appealing display by keeping cases, shelves, and displays clean and well stocked, while continuously checking and ensuring freshness and quality of products.<\/li>\n<li>Follow juice bar procedures to maintain supplies, storage and coolers and to track product<\/li>\n<li>transfers and spoilage.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with sampling program by keeping sample areas full, clean, and appealing and by sampling products directly to customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Available for flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the juice bar<\/li>\n<li>Must possess the ability to think clearly and make quick decisions<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Numeracy and logistical planning skills<\/li>\n<li>Personal Skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong work ethic and integrity<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional customer service, friendly personality and positive attitude<\/li>\n<li>Good verbal and written communication skills (English)<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work as part of a team<\/li>\n<li>Ability to follow instructions and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Ability to sell proactively<\/li>\n<li>Aptitude to gain extensive product knowledge quickly<\/li>\n<li>Ability to visually examine products for quality and freshness<\/li>\n<li>Effective time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Proper handling of all equipment in department, including blenders, juicers, knives and other<\/li>\n<li>cutting equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Educational or Skill Qualifications<\/strong><br \/>\nQualifications:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A Degree or HND<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Essential Job Functions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lift loads, and push and pull food carts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of fruits, juice bar products and customer service experience preferred.<\/li>\n<li>At least 1 year Juice Bar Management Experience preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Female preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV and Applications to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jobs@leadhire.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>jobs@leadhire.com.ng<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with the job title as the subject of your email i.e \u201cBar Supervisor\u201d, \u201cBar Manager\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>15th February, 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>LeadHire, we understand that for any desired organisational goal to be achieved, the right talent must be synchronized with other forms of resources, hence, our reason for existing.
