We operate in the business divisions Packaging Technology, Automotive Aftermarket, Power Tools, Drive and Control, Security Systems and Thermo Technology.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Service Technician<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintenance and repair of corded and cordless power tools<\/li>\n<li>Review and interpretation of technical drawings \u2013 Mechanical and Electrical<\/li>\n<li>Maintenace of rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions and suggesting improvment methods and techniques<\/li>\n<li>Troubleshooting and identification of the needed parts for repairs and replacements<\/li>\n<li>Instaling, Testing and repairing equipments as well as fixing tools independently<\/li>\n<li>Measuring tools and Calibration \u2013 Rotation Laser and Optical Level<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance and repair of heavy duty hammers up to 27kg<\/li>\n<li>Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications<\/li>\n<li>Attending to the needs of the customer whenever required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good communication skills .<\/li>\n<li>Strong level of Troubleshooting, analytical and strategic skills.<\/li>\n<li>Great team player<\/li>\n<li>PC literate with excellent skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work under pressure.<\/li>\n<li>Good university degree in Electrical Engineering or IT Engineering or its equivalent.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 Years experience.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to use provided Service Information System Software in carrying out maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Ability to build long term relationship and networks.<\/li>\n<li>Willing to travel frequently<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/1118567693\/?refId=ae455de1-3a16-4a02-8b01-3ebdc14def63&amp;trk=flagship3_search_srp_jobs\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bosch Africa \u2013 Corporate success at Bosch is determined by innovation capability and an edge in know-how.
