SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST <\/strong>

\nJob Purpose\/Responsibilities<\/p>\n

\u2022 To develop and manage all product\/service groups from an external product perspective, as well as strategy definition; product, positioning, pricing and promotion.
\n\u2022 Responsible for generating sales leads, training and supporting the sales teams to achieve defined targets
\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 8 to 10 Years relevant experience In technical and business\/customer-facing roles In a Systems Integrator environment.
\n\u2022 A Masters Degree (preferably an MBA will be on advantage) and industry professional certifications
\n\u2022 Strong customer-facing skills, coupled with good business Planning and project management skills<\/p>\n

DATA CENTRE & HOSTED SERVIVCES (DCHS) MANAGER <\/strong>

\n\u2022 To manage the DCHS environment including leading Its procedures\/ processes and routine operational activities.
\n\u2022 Responsible for the management of IP based Networks and Data Center Infrastructure, Including Commercial operations of the DCHS, Enterprise Applications Deployment and Systems Rollout
\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience<\/strong>
\n\u2022 Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline. An MBA and Industry Professional Certifications will be an advantage.
\n\u2022 8-10 years relevant experience in technical and business\/customer facing roles in a system Integrator environment<\/p>\n

BUSINESS MANAGER <\/strong>

\n\u2022 Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years experience in a Technology Sales Function.
\n\u2022 Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with experience in a network set vices or systems operator environment,<\/p>\n

REGIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER <\/strong>

\n\u2022 Responsible for attracting new clients, articulating, developing and implementing a successful sales and business strategy.

\n\u2022 BA, BSc and a Masters degree in a business or related discipline will be an advantage
\n\u2022 Direct public sector experience and in-depth industry knowledge (Nigerian terrain) and experience of operating and driving structured sales from opportunity assessment to deal closure.
\n\u2022 + 6 years relevant experience in a target driven core sales role, 5 of which should have been in a direct sales management role within a telecommunications service operator.<\/p>\n

ICT FOR DEVELOPMENT (lCT4D) PROGRAMME MANAGER <\/strong>

\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience
\n\u2022 Graduate degree in a relevant field (public policy, law, information systems or technology, ICT, engineering, economics or related field) with 6 + years of directly related experience in program development and implementation.
\n\u2022 Knowledge and experience within the international non-governmental and non-profit sector.<\/p>\n

MANAGER, PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT, ANALYTICS AND CORPORATE PERFORMANCE <\/strong>

\n\u2022 To lead and contribute to initiatives to increase business and IT operational productivity and performance through analysis and application of industry best practices.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience<\/strong>
\n\u2022 B.Sc in a technical IT-related field or business.
\n\u2022 10+ years of experience designing and implementing governance and processes relevant to IT operations and outsourcing, with minimum of 2-3 years experience in product management and portfolio management<\/p>\n

ICT MANAGER <\/strong>

Job Purpose\/Responsibilities<\/strong>
\n\u2022 To support the company’s current and future ERP and other business critical applications from a technical and functional perspective and manage the performance of service to the company.
\n\u2022 Responsible for optimizing and designing enterprise processes via IT, carrying out scheduled maintenance and facilitating workshops and training courses.<\/p>\n

Knowledge, Skills and Experience<\/strong>
\n\u2022 B.sc, M.Sc or equivalent, Professional qualifications from recognized institutions necessary.
\n\u2022 Good knowledge of SAP experience of project managing ERP and IT implementation projects, database technologies (SQL 2005), Crystal reports.
\n\u2022 Experience of managing outsourced contracts, ITIL Service Delivery qualification is desirable.<\/p>\n

SYSTEMS DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR (APPLICATIONS SUPPORT) <\/strong>

\n\u2022 Minimum experience of 5 years post ACA or ACCA or any other relevant qualifications. External or internal audit experience would be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
