It has been spreading out to other countries across the globe rapidly.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Trainee Loan Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Ref Code:<\/strong> TLO\/C\/FEB\/2019<br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Nigeria<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Task and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensuring punctual repayments by monitoring loans with the banks software (myMBS) contacting and visiting all parties base on needs<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring high quality standards of the bank\u2019s credit portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Actively participating in committees and group discussions, looking for ways to help solve group problems, proactively seeking for improvement and willing to align his\/her personal goals with ABN\u2019s goals.<\/li>\n<li>Creating and Managing owned Loan portfolio<\/li>\n<li>Conducting direct promotion and\/or other marketing activities on regular basis<\/li>\n<li>Screening prospect\u2019s eligibility, opening loan applications and arranging appointments with clients<\/li>\n<li>Conducting loan analyses by visiting the business and household of clients, visiting the business\/employer of guarantors and preparing a complete loan assessment according to the bank\u2019s credit procedures<\/li>\n<li>Presenting loan proposals to the credit committee and informing the client about the decision of the credit committee<\/li>\n<li>Arranging the disbursement in collaboration with Back Office and client<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good team spirit<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and industrious individuals who like to work outdoor<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to disburse small and medium sized loans to Micro Businesses.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum educational qualification of B.Sc\/HND<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of Financial mathematics &amp; Accounting<\/li>\n<li>Detailed and target oriented<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ab-mfbnigeria.com\/careers\/application.php?refcode=TLO\/C\/FEB\/2019\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>22nd February, 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>AB Microfinance Bank Nigeria Limited is a member of an international network of Microfinance Banks under Access Holding Microfinance AG(www.accessholding. com), with its Head office in Berlin, Germany.
