{"id":71707,"date":"2019-02-20T16:36:52","date_gmt":"2019-02-20T15:36:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=71707"},"modified":"2019-02-20T16:36:52","modified_gmt":"2019-02-20T15:36:52","slug":"venerer-talent-recent-available-position","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/venerer-talent-recent-available-position.html","title":{"rendered":"Venerer Talent Recent Available Position"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Venerer Talent \u2013 Our client, a leading Insurance Company is currently seeking for result oriented top \u2013 drawer executive to join its Management team in the capacity below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: MD\/CEO<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The suitable candidate will be a strategist with the ability to steer the company to a path of profitability while also implementing its vision, mission and long term goals.<\/li>\n<li>As a \u201cgoing concern\u2019 the company is desirous of meeting the strategic objectives and changing demands of the current market landscape while also maintaining its leadership role in the Industry.<\/li>\n<li>He\/She will provide executive management services to the company.<\/li>\n<li>The aim is to ensure that the company is constantly moving towards fulfilling its short-term and long-term objectives and does not diverge from its strategic guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nSpecifically, the Successful Candidates will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Be the Chief Marketing Officer of the company<\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute the company\u2019s business strategies in order to attain the goals of the board and shareholders<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and implement comprehensive business initiatives through cost effective operations and market development activities<\/li>\n<li>Communicate and maintain trust relationships with shareholders, business partners and authorities<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the company\u2019s financial performance, investments and other business ventures.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain business profitability and ensure compliance with all regulatory directives and NAICOM guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of other Executives\/Managers while providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance<\/li>\n<li>Act as the public speaker and public relations representative of the company in ways that strengthen its profile<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A recognized professional qualification in Insurance (eg. ACIIN) with not less than 10 years post qualification experience in the Insurance Industry, 7 of which must be at senior Management level.
