Robeck Locks Ltd is in the business of keeping your family and valuables safe.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position of:<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Title: Office Assistant<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Our Head office is seeking for an Office Assistant who is a multi-tasker, self-starter, excellent communicator, proactive, efficient and thinks out of the box. If this is you, then we would like to meet with you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a hub for customer\u2019s complaints; resolving customer issues and attaining efficiency goals.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for communicating to and retention of client accounts<\/li>\n<li>Answer telephone calls and attends to customer enquiries and orders<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and update social media platforms, e-store and online ads<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with stock keeper regarding stock availability for customer orders<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer orders are processed and delivered on time<\/li>\n<li>Use of Microsoft office to generate reports<\/li>\n<li>Generate invoice for customers.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a clean office<\/li>\n<li>Cash Handling<\/li>\n<li>Investigate, research and generate sales leads<\/li>\n<li>Writing of Sales proposals<\/li>\n<li>Assists with warehousing<\/li>\n<li>Identify and assess customers\u2019 needs to achieve satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right resources and tools<\/li>\n<li>Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customers\u2019 satisfaction and continued patronage through series of follow-up and customer engagement<\/li>\n<li>Travel to customers to follow up sales<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills and Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Thorough knowledge of customer service and office management<\/li>\n<li>Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise<\/li>\n<li>Ability to organize, multitask, priorities and work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in English (oral and written)<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and Internet<\/li>\n<li>Solid communication skills both written and verbal<\/li>\n<li>Strong people and presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities<\/li>\n<li>Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively<\/li>\n<li>Must live within close proximity to Amuwo odofin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN30,000 \u2013 N35,000 per month.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr.robecklocks@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>hr.robecklocks@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Closing Date<\/strong><br \/>\n25th March, 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Robeck Locks Limited was born in 2001 out of a need to bring into the marketplace stylish lockset at affordable prices without compromise on quality, functionality and durability.
