{"id":71807,"date":"2019-02-21T14:27:23","date_gmt":"2019-02-21T13:27:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=71807"},"modified":"2019-02-21T14:27:23","modified_gmt":"2019-02-21T13:27:23","slug":"eko-electricity-distribution-company-recent-vacancy","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/eko-electricity-distribution-company-recent-vacancy.html","title":{"rendered":"Eko Electricity Distribution Company Recent Vacancy"},"content":{"rendered":"<div>\n<p>Eko Electricity Distribution Plc (EKEDC) is widely regarded as the flagship of Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry (NESI).<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Front Desk Executive<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description \/ Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nInclude but not limited to the following areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Take and pass on messages to Guests<\/li>\n<li>Deal with special requests from Guests<\/li>\n<li>Deal with complaints or problems<\/li>\n<li>Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls<\/li>\n<li>Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars via the VMS<\/li>\n<li>Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations<\/li>\n<li>Inform other employees of visitors\u2019 arrivals or cancellations<\/li>\n<li>Enter customer data and send correspondence<\/li>\n<li>Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records<\/li>\n<li>Handle incoming and outgoing mail<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a register of Company\u2019s visitors &amp; customers received at the front desk.<\/li>\n<li>Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions in line with the visitors management procedure.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges via the VMS<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for administrative tasks, including maintaining files and spreadsheets or sending out interoffice communications.<\/li>\n<li>Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate staff in line with the VMS procedure<\/li>\n<li>Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices<\/li>\n<li>Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems for all visitors.<\/li>\n<li>Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings based on some Clients\u2019 itineraries ( If applicable)<\/li>\n<li>Deal with bookings by phone, e-mail, letter, or face-to-face<\/li>\n<li>Complete procedures when Guests arrive and leave<\/li>\n<li>Performs other ad-hoc duties assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Academic Qualification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HND\/B.Sc in Business Administration or any other related field of study<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Professional Certification(s):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Certifications in relevant field will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Years of Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2- 5 years cognate work experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Personal Attribute\/ required skill set:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Accountability<\/li>\n<li>Passion<\/li>\n<li>Good team spirit<\/li>\n<li>Customer Relationship Management<\/li>\n<li>Record management<\/li>\n<li>Crisis Management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong communication and people skills<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Customer service orientation<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Integrity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitments@ekedc.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>recruitments@ekedc.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>27th February, 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eko Electricity Distribution Plc (EKEDC) is widely regarded as the flagship of Nigerian Electricity Supply Industry (NESI).
