Our company takes pride in not just beauty consultation, but in empowering women, creating self-awareness and enhancing self-esteem.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Call Centre Agent<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Respond to enquiries and complaints; escalating customer service issues.<\/li>\n<li>Track\/follow up on orders placed from purchase to delivery.<\/li>\n<li>Keep accurate record of sales, personal Information and any other useful information of Beauty Entrepreneur in the database.<\/li>\n<li>Engage Beauty Entrepreneurs and persuade them to purchase\/re-stock new and existing products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrating how products or services meet their needs.<\/li>\n<li>Track Beauty Entrepreneur overall satisfaction on products\/services.<\/li>\n<li>Keep accurate records of calls made and specified targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OND in any field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in sales\/customer service Previous experience in Telemarketing will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:talent@houseoftara.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>talent@houseoftara.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0Subject of the email should be \u201cCall Centre Agent\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>5th March, 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>House of Tara International We are House of Tara, the largest brand in the beauty and cosmetics industry out of Africa.
