This enables the clients to not just to gain high efficiency levels in their respective business processes but also garner the much-needed competitive edge over peers in the market.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Sales\/Marketing Executive<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Reports directly to:<\/strong> The Sales Manager<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nGeneral Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We need Marketing\/Sales representatives to join our team in other to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and\/or market segment by effectively selling the company\u2019s IT products and\/or related services.<\/li>\n<li>Personally contacts and secures new business accounts\/customers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core Functions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promotes\/sells\/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates the company\u2019s IT products and services to existing\/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Details of Function<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identifies advantages and compares organization\u2019s products\/services.<\/li>\n<li>Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Participates in trade shows and conventions.<\/li>\n<li>Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory\/market segment to generate new business for the organization\u2019s IT products\/services.<\/li>\n<li>Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.<\/li>\n<li>Researches sources for developing prospective customers and information to determine their potential.<\/li>\n<li>Develops clear and effective written proposals\/quotations for current and prospective customers.<\/li>\n<li>Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.<\/li>\n<li>Analyzes the territory\/market\u2019s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must be result-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.<\/li>\n<li>Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications and contact management software.<\/li>\n<li>Must possess a minimum of Two years direct sales experience in the IT managed service industry\/related is prefered .<\/li>\n<li>A university degree in Information Technology, Marketing or Business Studies\/related degree is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate aptitude for problem-solving;<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:sales-careers@trostechnologies.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>sales-careers@trostechnologies.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline\u00a0<\/strong>25th March, 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tros Technologies Limited offers IT consultancy and services such as software development and systems integration to various business segments across industries.
