ZAIN1639 \u2013 Events & Marketing communication \u2013 Regional (Lagos, North and South)
\nDivision:\tMarketing
\nLocation:\tNigeria \u2013 Lagos<\/p>\n

Basic Purpose:<\/strong>
\nTo achieve business goals and brand saliency by devising strategies for the specific region, in line with the overall brand strategy and subsequently plan and implement the same at the regional level.<\/p>\n

Main Duties & Responsibilities:<\/strong>
\nDesign regional and zonal promotions and campaigns with an objective of improving brand adoption and top of mind awareness amongst target audience.
\nProject-manage all promotions and campaigns ensuring adherence to guideline, deadlines and set KPIs\u2019.
\nDevelop reports on all promotions and campaigns reporting ROI and KPIs.
\nIdentify sponsorship opportunities and develop ROI for same.
\nIdentify and evaluate branding opportunities across various channels within the region.
\nConduct audit of the various channels to ensure all Branding is as specified.
\nEnsure Top Of Mind Awareness (TOMA) target is achieved within given timelines.
\nEnsure visibility across all channels in the region.
\nDevelop innovative ways of ensuring the brand is visible.
\nCalculate ROI for all visibility projects.
\nConduct periodic audit to ensure that outdoor material are up to date and meet specified standards.
\nDesign launch plan for all new products at the regional level, ensuring speed and reach.
\nProvide support for Sales team with regards to taking new products to market with the desired impact using innovative means.
\nEnsure that all communication for the region is simple and easily understood by all target audience
\nEnsure communication is done in relevant local languages to ensure reaching wider target audience.
\nIdentify and leveraging suitable sponsorship opportunities to help project brand visibility\/generate ROI.
\nEnsure Co-branding partnerships are well leveraged in the regions.<\/p>\n

Competencies & Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Qualification & Experience<\/strong>
\nA recognized university degree, an MBA will be an added advantage
\nAt least 5-7 years working experience in Trade Marketing\/ Brand Management
\nPersonal Characteristics & Behaviour
\nAchieving Business Success
\nDelighting the customers
\nDisplaying Entrepreneurial Spirit
\nGood understanding of the rudiments of brand management and use of media
\nGood knowledge of events and sponsorship, channel branding<\/p>\n
