Our primary products include Petrol (PMS), Diesel (AGO) and Kerosene (DPK).<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Station Cashier<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Delta<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To manage the petty cash inflow and outflow of Rainoil\u2019s stations and depots as well as maintaining accurate records\/books on transactions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilitates the availability of funds to meet day-to-day operational petty cash expenses and emergencies.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains records to allow easy disbursement, reconciliation and replenishment<\/li>\n<li>Processes expense retirement ledgers to ensure proper accountability of all cash advances<\/li>\n<li>Creates and maintains records of cash requests and disbursements<\/li>\n<li>Reconciles all received cash, which have been recorded in the petty cash book, with expenses<\/li>\n<li>Processes payment for accounts and issuing receipts<\/li>\n<li>Keeps records of amounts received and paid, and regularly checking the cash balance against this record<\/li>\n<li>Collects money from bank for safe keeping before reimbursements<\/li>\n<li>Files all documents concerning cash payment and collection<\/li>\n<li>Responds to queries regarding approvals, payment limits and deadlines for retirements etc.<\/li>\n<li>Retires the various imprest accounts<\/li>\n<li>Prepares daily and weekly collections and payment summary reports for review by the station supervisor<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of one (1) year work experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of an OND in accounting or any finance related discipline<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Station Manager<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Delta<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted flow of operations at the station, through effective utilization of human and material resources, and also ensuring that staff at the station adhere to the rules\/ regulations\/ policies that govern conducts in Rainoil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitors and evaluates station operational and marketing results, and develops interventions to promote business development and growth<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation of daily sales, meter reading, dipping and lodgments<\/li>\n<li>Compiles and analyses periodic sales records and consolidates such reports to the Head, Retail Sales<\/li>\n<li>Maintains excellent standards in all retail activity, driving sales and profitability through the effective deployment and development of station supervisors and cashiers in line with approved budgets<\/li>\n<li>Ensures that the due process is carried out in the discharge of products and puts in various controls to minimize fraud<\/li>\n<li>Facilitates daily stock requests from the Logistics and Marketing Departments<\/li>\n<li>Performs checks to ensure there are no disparities between the stock sold and the cash lodged<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates both the sales of white products, the lubricants at the stations and liaising with the marketing team to ensure patronage is high in line with budgets and projections<\/li>\n<li>Periodically conducts checks and inspections at the stations to ensure conformity with safety standards<\/li>\n<li>Raises requisition for stock replenishment, which is then approved by the head of Retail Stations<\/li>\n<li>Makes sure that all station activities and expenses are within the approved budget<\/li>\n<li>Implements HSE Standards and controls in the retail stations<\/li>\n<li>Tracks and addresses customer feedback and complaints<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Bachelor\u2019s Degree\/HND in a Social science, Management, Accounting, Finance or Engineering or related discipline is required<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of Four (4) years\u2019 relevant experience in the Marketing\/Sales unit of an organisation in the oil &amp;
