We are recruiting to fill the position below:<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Director, Financial Planning and Analysis \u2013 Africa<br \/>\nJob Locations<\/strong>: Lagos \u2013 Nigeria, Nairobi \u2013 Kenya<\/p>\n<p><strong>About the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Andela is looking for an experienced and strategic finance professional to lead Financial Planning and Analysis for our Africa operations of over 1,500 employees.<\/li>\n<li>The Director will be responsible for partnering with business unit leaders to lead strategic planning, forecasting, and to support informed decision-making through the implementation of new financial frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>The Director will report to the VP of FP&amp;A and will lead a team of three while partnering closely with leaders in our four countries to continue driving successful scaling.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and develop a team of three high-performing FP&amp;A professionals.<\/li>\n<li>Implement FP&amp;A best practices and develop new frameworks for analyzing the business.<\/li>\n<li>Own the annual planning process for all Africa operations, as well as recurring forecast updates to drive informed decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Drive Budget vs. Actuals meetings by bridging financial and operational results.<\/li>\n<li>Partner with key business leaders to provide strategic support and thought leadership as we scale our operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Desired Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience managing and leading high-performing finance talent.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in partnering with multiple stakeholders to understand business levers, advising on financial and operational implications, and setting frameworks to drive accountability.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to deal with ambiguity and tackle complex operational initiatives in a collaborative environment.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 10-15 years of Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, and\/or Corporate Finance experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience in leading planning \/ budgeting processes within large and fast-growing organizations \u2013 preferably with a technology company<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Interested?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If the above sounds like an exciting role to you, please tell us why you believe you\u2019re a good fit and we\u2019ll be in touch.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits &amp; Compensation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity to work with the brightest minds on the planet<\/li>\n<li>Oh, and a chance to change the world!<\/li>\n<li>Full-time compensation<\/li>\n<li>Full medical coverage<\/li>\n<li>Breakfast, lunch and snacks provided daily<\/li>\n<li>Beautiful working environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/boards.greenhouse.io\/andela\/jobs\/1576132\/?utm_source=jobboards&amp;utm_medium=HotNigerianJob\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
