Our organization is a rapid growing sector we are in need of a human resource officer who will facilitate new hires for the company. This will include screening, recruiting, interviewing, and placing workers. We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Human Resource Officer<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs<\/li>\n<li>Updating job requirements when needed<\/li>\n<li>Contacting applicants references<\/li>\n<li>Performing criminal background checks required by company<\/li>\n<li>Explaining and providing information on employee benefits, programs, and education<\/li>\n<li>Advising on company benefit needs or evaluating benefit contract bids.
