We are incorporated to manage and administer retirement savings contributions of employees in Nigeria as a result of the Pension Reform Act of 2004. Pensions Alliance Limited is a joint venture between First Securities Discount House Limited (FSDH) (now known as FSDH Merchant Bank) and African Alliance Insurance Company Limited. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job<\/strong> <strong>Title:\u00a0Customer Service Representative<br \/>\nLocations:\u00a0<\/strong>Asaba-Delta, Lagos, Onitsha-Anambra and Ogun<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Objective<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure that the goals and objectives of OAK as regards customer service is carried out and maintained through hardwork and dedication to delighting both internal and external customers.<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A sound knowledge of telephone etiquette<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of the company\u2019s products<\/li>\n<li>Basic computer knowledge\/technological skills.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in any discipline<\/li>\n<li>A Masters degree will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Must be able to converse fluently in the local dialect of the location<\/li>\n<li>Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Person Specification:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good communication &amp; interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Proactive and responsive in a fast-moving &amp; dynamic environment<\/li>\n<li>Flexible, firm, fair and ability to manage pressure (both Internal &amp; External)<\/li>\n<li>Integrity<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and Confident<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hroakpensions@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>hroakpensions@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and state the Job Role\/Location as the Subject.
