The main product lines consist of spices, spreads, sauces and complimentary food that excite and satisfy institutional, commercial and retail customers across Nigeria.\u00a0We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Sales Project Manager<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop a detailed project plan and track progress<\/li>\n<li>Work independently to generate sales leads with distributors, supermarket, retailers, and recruit women who can sell within their communities<\/li>\n<li>Develop bottom-top strategy to attract customer engagement and loyalty for new products<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and manage budget for project execution activities<\/li>\n<li>Measure project performance with appropriate systems and techniques<\/li>\n<li>Maintain brand integrity across marketing initiatives and communications<\/li>\n<li>Organise and facilitate women training on sales and book keeping and as educators on product value propositions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to generate sales strategy and make sales<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate and relate effectively<\/li>\n<li>Ability to recruit and motivate team to produce desired results<\/li>\n<li>Possess budget management skills<\/li>\n<li>Possess exceptional reporting skills<\/li>\n<li>Should be located and willing to work within Lagos, Ogun, Oyo or\/and Osun states<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education &amp; Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a Bachelor\u2019s degree or HND in Sales &amp; Marketing, Business or Project Management or related fields.
