They are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0HR Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Reference Number:<\/strong>\u00a0130-PEO00989<br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Agbara, Ogun<br \/>\n<strong>Department:<\/strong> People &amp; Change Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job type:<\/strong> Permanent<br \/>\n<strong>Job Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The HR Officer provides support in implementing and managing human resource systems and procedures in order to promote an employee-oriented, high performance culture within the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Roles &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinates and ensures compliance to employees tax, PAYE, pension and all laws and activities regarding payroll<\/li>\n<li>Maintains and updates HR operational plan<\/li>\n<li>Supports the recruitment and selection process as well as the onboarding process<\/li>\n<li>Reviews employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance<\/li>\n<li>Manages and updates employee records(attendance, employee data) as well as supports the HR Manager on employee related issues<\/li>\n<li>Supervises HMO matters in the company (registration, resolving issues regarding HMO)<\/li>\n<li>Supports development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems as well as provide support and assistance to employees and managers regarding those initiatives<\/li>\n<li>Assists in initiating and executing performance management processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience within the manufacturing industry.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of HND or First Degree in Human Resources or a related social science discipline<\/li>\n<li>MBA or Masters in a related discipline would be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Certification from a reputable professional institution e.g. CIPM, CIPD, SHRM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills &amp; Competencies:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good working knowledge of the Nigerian Labour Law<\/li>\n<li>Strong track record in HR generalist and change management roles<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of MS Office<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Payroll administration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/invite.pwc.co.za\/talent-link\/executive-search-kenya\/details.html?nPostingID=3981&amp;nPostingTargetID=61967&amp;option=52&amp;sort=DESC&amp;respnr=1&amp;ID=PVVFK026203F3VBQB796GLOPR&amp;Resultsperpage=10&amp;lg=UK&amp;mask=kenyacareerssite\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>23rd March, 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>PricewaterhouseCooper (PwC) \u2013 Our client is a leading manufacturing company in West Africa, rapidly expanding to sub-saharan Africa.
