We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Executive Assistant<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Executive Assistant will manage the office of the Executive Vice Chairman of Signal Alliance and will help enhance executive effectiveness by providing information management support and representing the executive to others. The individual will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conserve executive\u2019s time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating communications.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain\u00a0 the executive\u2019s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the executive by attending meetings in the executive\u2019s absence; speaking for the executive.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain\u00a0 confidentiality of Executive information.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain Executive office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies<\/li>\n<li>Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the Executive\u2019s meetings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Background\u00a0 as personal assistant, executive assistant or\u00a0 an administrative role within an established company<\/li>\n<li>A\u00a0 Minimum of HND \/ B.Sc in\u00a0 any discipline.
