We provide first class psychological and psychiatric care as well as treatment of addictions, with a range of therapeutic programs suited to individual needs. We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Support Worker (Mental Health)<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supporting mental health patients through recovery<\/li>\n<li>Observation and escorting duties<\/li>\n<li>Assisting nursing staff with clinical and non-clinical tasks<\/li>\n<li>Managing potentially violent and confrontational situations (control and restraint training will be provided)<\/li>\n<li>Providing high standards of care\/support<\/li>\n<li>Crisis support and intervention<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>OND\/ NCE in any Health related or Social Sciences Course.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience not necessary, but may be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Must be physically fit<\/li>\n<li>Ability to play any form of games\/ sports will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Must be a resident of Lagos state.<\/li>\n<li>Must be Flexible to work shift pattern<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary<\/strong><br \/>\nN30,000 monthly.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should forward their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:mainlandjobs@synapseservices.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>mainlandjobs@synapseservices.org<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0making the Job Title and location the subject of your mail, e.g Support Worker (Mental Health- Lagos).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>21st March, 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Synapse Services is a privately owned Centre for Psychological Medicine located in the heart of Nigeria \u2013 Abuja, Anambra, and Lagos.
