We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Food and Beverages Supervisor<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for all the various business operations of the Restaurant\/Bar\/ Lounge areas.<\/li>\n<li>Attending to customer complaints and resolving them in the most balanced way.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that the facility is working in compliance with all the safety regulations and codes.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that the entire staff is disciplined and delegate duties within the staff and see that each one is following their roles and responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for maintaining important documents, ordering inventory, managing assets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Position Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous supervisory experience in a standard hotel.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Positive interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good command of the English language.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years experience in similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of OND in Business or Hospitality related field.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Guest Relations Officer<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attend to guests courteously and deal promptly with their requests and queries.<\/li>\n<li>Have detailed information about the hotel and city.<\/li>\n<li>Check on VIP guest movements, complete their pre-registration formalities.<\/li>\n<li>Allocate rooms to all arriving guests after checking the guest preferences.<\/li>\n<li>Collect guest feedback forms and do any possible first hand service recovery steps.<\/li>\n<li>Have detailed information regarding arrivals and room requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Position Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent oral and written communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Positive interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good command of the English language.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of HND or BSc degree in a Business or Hospitality related field.<\/li>\n<li>Previous work experience in 4 star or branded hotels an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send thier CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:hr.lilygatelagos@yahoo.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>hr.lilygatelagos@yahoo.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>19th March, 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lilygate Hotel located in the heart of Lekki Phase 1 is a new luxurious four star hotel with 74 rooms including 6 suites and a full range of facilities.
