We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Properties Lawyer<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a highly qualified Legal Counsel to oversee the legal aspects of our business.<\/li>\n<li>As a maritime organization. You will safeguard our reputation by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows law guidelines and give legal advice to management about all relevant issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues<\/li>\n<li>Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust<\/li>\n<li>Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company\u2019s full legal rights<\/li>\n<li>Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces<\/li>\n<li>Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization<\/li>\n<li>Have ideas on maritime laws, rules and regulation<\/li>\n<li>Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies<\/li>\n<li>Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance<\/li>\n<li>Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations<\/li>\n<li>Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a legal counsel in business environment<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies<\/li>\n<li>High degree of professional ethics and integrity<\/li>\n<li>Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication skills<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc in Law or MA in Business Administration will be considered as advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:springhubnigltd@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>springhubnigltd@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>10th April, 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Springhub is a maritime and logistic organization that deals with different kinds of business management and human resources, we do shipping, booking and building human on capacity.
