Oando is involved in oil trade, transport, and energy services via joint-ventures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Oando Plc<\/strong>, Africa&#8217;s leading integrated energy solutions provider is currently seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of<strong> Business Development Officer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title: Business Development Officer<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Overall Purpose of the Position: The position holder will be an integral team member supporting the Management of customer accounts and growing sales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Support the development of new accounts for OES products and services<br \/>\nCoordinate OES&#8217; response to tenders and manage the entire tender process<br \/>\nMaintain company&#8217;s relationship with client and regulatory bodies (NAPIMS and DPR)<br \/>\nEstablish a working relationship with the Nigerian Content Development Board and ensure company-wide adherence to OES&#8217; Nigerian Content Policy<br \/>\nFacilitate the development of partnerships and alliances that promote growth of OES business<br \/>\nWork closely with Business Development Manager to strengthen key business and sales strategies<br \/>\nSupport each service function in developing and delivering on sales budget<br \/>\nPrepare and maintain a database of routine call reports, sales reports and forecast<br \/>\nSupport Business Development Manager in identifying new business opportunities and in the preparation business plans<br \/>\nMonitor industry activity, carry out research and prepare regular reports to enable OES make sound business decisions<\/p>\n<p>Position and person Specifications<\/p>\n<p>A good university degree.<br \/>\nMinimum of 2 years relevant work experience (post NYSC)<br \/>\nDemonstrated ability of oral and written communications<br \/>\nExtensive oilfield contacts and high level business acumen<br \/>\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills<br \/>\nProfessional appearance and demeanor<br \/>\nThis position requires an individual with exceptional leadership and managerial skills.<\/p>\n<p>Deadline for all applications is 26th November 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted<\/p>\n<p><strong><a title=\"Oando Nigeria Job vacancies, careers in Nigeria by Oando Energy services\" href=\"http:\/\/www.oilgrads.com\/StudentEmployerJob.asp?eog_id=&amp;p_id=102974\">Apply For This Job<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oando Plc markets petroleum products.
