We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Student Recruitment Manager<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<strong><br \/>\nJob type:<\/strong> Full time<br \/>\n<strong>Scope:<\/strong> West and Central Africa<br \/>\n<strong>Functional Area:<\/strong> Navitas Group Marketing<br \/>\n<strong>Reports to:<\/strong> Senior Student Recruitment Manager<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>As a member of the source country marketing team that provides services to agents on behalf of the regional Navitas Institution i.e. Australia\/NZ, Canada, UK, USA and Singapore.<\/li>\n<li>The role plays an important role in driving leads\/enquiry &amp; conversion activities through agencies &amp; other channels and delivering support services in conjunction with the Navitas teams to support conversion from enquiry to enrolment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Relationships<\/strong><br \/>\nInternal:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Senior Student recruitment Manage<\/li>\n<li>Europe Recruitment Director (CORE)<\/li>\n<li>Regional Manager (Africa)<\/li>\n<li>Area Manager (AM)<\/li>\n<li>College Marketing Managers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>External:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Students<\/li>\n<li>Agency Staff (Counsellors)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Nature of Communication:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Takes day-to-day operational advice for office compliance and strategic market advice as required. Will provide advice and support in driving agent account performance.<\/li>\n<li>Owns the territory and channel relationships. Provides direction\/instruction on servicing (training\/support) of agent channel<\/li>\n<li>Provides information to potential students (at fairs \/ exhibitions \/ phone enquiries).<\/li>\n<li>Is trained in products and sales kit by Marketing Managers.\u00a0 Provides BU\u2019s with feedback regarding products, conversion and market analysis.<\/li>\n<li>Direct Line Manager. Day to day direction. Responsible for executing divisional strategy in market<\/li>\n<li>Provides advice to Mar\/Comms on communications, market positioning and direction on which agents to support.\u00a0 Receives market specific communications collateral from Mar\/Comms to share with agents.\u00a0 Works with Mar\/Comms to coordinate social media campaigns.<\/li>\n<li>Provides training to counsellors on value proposition regarding pathways concept and BU specific products, and pre-departure training.\u00a0 Takes enquiries from agents regarding students or products.\u00a0 Supports agents at fairs etc.<\/li>\n<li>Divisional lead for region. Responsible for development and execution of divisional strategy across the region<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Result Areas<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide information to agents on ongoing conversion campaigns<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and deliver internal English test (where required)<\/li>\n<li>Provide visa support and information<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate student contact to confirm outcome of visa interview<\/li>\n<li>Pre-departure execution training of agents<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate pre-departure process with agents and students on the ground where required<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with agents to drive conversion<\/li>\n<li>Reporting on conversion process metrics<\/li>\n<li>Train agents in Navitas (pathways) value propositions<\/li>\n<li>Train agents in BU propositions<\/li>\n<li>Attend agents exhibitions\/fairs and seminars<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate attendance of colleges and University Partners at exhibitions\/fair<\/li>\n<li>Manage agent enquiries (re. students)<\/li>\n<li>Product and refresher training for agents using sales toolkit<\/li>\n<li>Handle outbound calls to students from within source country<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Handle on the ground student and agent enquiries<\/li>\n<li>Review offers, current status and maximise conversion with agents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications and Selection Criteria\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nTechnical Role Requirements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong written and oral communication skills in English<\/li>\n<li>Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, sales or a related discipline<\/li>\n<li>Salesforce experience desirable<\/li>\n<li>An understanding of the international education industry and visa process<\/li>\n<li>Strong presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Experience in building and managing internal and external relationships, particularly with agents<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Non-Technical Role Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Emotional intelligence \u2013 ability to build relationships<\/li>\n<li>Socially adept<\/li>\n<li>Responsive \u2013 acts with urgency<\/li>\n<li>Results oriented<\/li>\n<li>Organised<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to work in a multi-cultural matrixed environment<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated team player<\/li>\n<li>Relationship management skills in a commercial, fast paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Ability to influence<\/li>\n<li>Ability to articulate the benefits\/value proposition of Navitas products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/e6c67dfea7107c66cf4b-5fe525cefecba56744297355853ea71e.ssl.cf6.rackcdn.com\/SRM+ad+and+PD+with+Link.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Navitas is one of the world\u2019s largest education providers and has helped generations of learners transform their lives through education.
