Our primary products include Petrol (PMS), Diesel (AGO) and Kerosene (DPK).<br \/>\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nJob Title:\u00a0Retail Sales Executive<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Ref Id:<\/strong> RO-00072<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full Time<strong><br \/>\nJob Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To monitor actual sales against budget and ensure that retail outlets have the required resources to meet these targets.<\/li>\n<li>To contribute to maintaining a positive brand image for Rainoil by ensuring service delivery at all stations comply with defined group standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive implementation of sales budget within retail outlet<\/li>\n<li>Verifies all stations requests in line with approved budget and controls<\/li>\n<li>Maintains excellent standards in all retail activity,\u00a0 driving sales and profitability through the effective implementation of budget<\/li>\n<li>Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings<\/li>\n<li>Identifies opportunities and drives initiatives to expand the revenue drivers at stations<\/li>\n<li>Implements measures to effectively track and address customer feedback and complaints<\/li>\n<li>Monitors retail stations\u2019 inventory reports to ensure products are always available at outlet<\/li>\n<li>Provides direct oversight to station managers, guidance on service, performance, operational standards and requirements<\/li>\n<li>Monitors and evaluates station operational and marketing results, and develops interventions to promote business development and growth<\/li>\n<li>Reports to the Head, Rainoil Sales &amp; Marketing on overall and agreed station performance metrics<\/li>\n<li>Provides various resources as required by the stations to ensure staff are productively engaged<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications Required<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Bachelor\u2019s Degree\/HND in a Social science, Accounting, Finance or Engineering or related discipline is required<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of Two (2) years\u2019 relevant experience in the Sales or Distribution department of a similar organisation with functional leadership of at least 4 in a management role.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/careers.rainoil.com.ng\/apply\/application\/job\/72\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>8th April, 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Rainoil Limited is an integrated downstream oil and gas company.
