We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Administrative Assistant<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Administrative Assistant duties include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.<\/li>\n<li>Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.<\/li>\n<li>Familiar with a variety of the field\u2019s concepts, practices and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>May direct and lead the work of others. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit\/department.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Answer and direct phone calls<\/li>\n<li>Organize and schedule meetings and appointments<\/li>\n<li>Maintain contact lists<\/li>\n<li>Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports<\/li>\n<li>Order office supplies<\/li>\n<li>Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies<\/li>\n<li>Cover the reception desk when required<\/li>\n<li>Maintain computer and manual filing systems<\/li>\n<li>Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner<\/li>\n<li>Take accurate minutes of meetings<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate office procedures<\/li>\n<li>Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.<\/li>\n<li>Book travel arrangements<\/li>\n<li>Submit and reconcile expense reports<\/li>\n<li>Provide general support to visitors<\/li>\n<li>Provide information by answering questions and requests<\/li>\n<li>Take dictation<\/li>\n<li>Research and creates presentations<\/li>\n<li>Generate reports<\/li>\n<li>Handle multiple projects<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and monitor invoices<\/li>\n<li>Develop administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities and experiential growth opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques<\/li>\n<li>Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven admin or assistant experience<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and planning skills<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in MS Office<\/li>\n<li>BSc in relevant fields.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of office management systems and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail and problem solving skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:adminhub@ecscorpresources.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>adminhub@ecscorpresources.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ecscorp Resources Limited is a solution engineering firm with over 17 years of business improvement; we understand how to build an optimized business environment.
