They are a Public Liability Company (Plc) and have been operational for over two decades.<br \/>\nThe company is looking to re-position itself to capitalize on new and emerging opportunities for enhanced growth and profitability and therefore is searching for qualified and effectual professionals to join its Executive Management Team in the vacant position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Divisional Head, Business Development<br \/>\nJob Code:\u00a0<\/strong>DHBD1010<strong>.<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This position reports directly to the Managing Director\/Chief Executive Officer and will be responsible for managing, establishing and maintaining positive customer relationships<\/li>\n<li>The incumbent will develop plans for delivering effective marketing strategies and monitor the progress of new and existing products to ensure growth and profitability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify opportunities geared towards maximizing the company\u2019s earnings and coordinate all initiatives to support business intelligence required for long-term strategies of the Company<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement growth initiatives and objectives including new products and businesses<\/li>\n<li>Monitor, control and achieve sales and customer support revenue volumes and gross margin against budgeted targets<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the activities of all units within the Sales and Business Development Department and provide leadership and direction within the Division<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with the central\/regional and cross-functional teams, aligning on strategy, product roadmap and prioritization, go-to-market approach, execution planning and performance tracking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualification and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a University Degree in Accounting, Marketing, Business Administration or any other relevant discipline from a reputable institution.<\/li>\n<li>An MBA or Master\u2019s Degree in any Business related discipline is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of fifteen (15) years\u2019 experience, with at least five (5) years\u2019 experience in an Executive Management role<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the Capital Markets or Financial Services sector and good knowledge of Information Technology<\/li>\n<li>Experience working with CRM (Client Relationship Management) systems<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of website analytics, content management and digital marketing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Divisional Head, Information Technology<br \/>\nJob Code:\u00a0<\/strong>DHIT1010.<strong><br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<br \/>\n<strong>Job Decription<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>This position reports directly to the Managing Director\/Chief Executive Officer<\/li>\n<li>The incumbent will be responsible for sustaining and evolving the company\u2019s IT-strategy, operational systems and capabilities in line with strategic business objectives; as well as emerging operating environment and industry trends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Summary of Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formulate divisional strategy and oversee its implementation across reporting departments<\/li>\n<li>Ensure effective and efficient management of ICT operations and supporting infrastructure, as well as their optimal use and maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Drive the management of IT-related operational risks, including overseeing the implementation of IT security strategies, disaster recovery and Business Continuity plans that minimise the risk of data loss and information breaches and ensure continued operations<\/li>\n<li>Manage all relevant stakeholder and external relations<\/li>\n<li>Provide strong leadership, direction, performance management and development to all human capital within the Information Technology Division<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Qualification and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a First Degree in Computer Science, Electrical\/Electronic Engineering or a related field.
