{"id":7374,"date":"2010-11-22T00:36:22","date_gmt":"2010-11-21T23:36:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=7374"},"modified":"2010-11-22T00:36:22","modified_gmt":"2010-11-21T23:36:22","slug":"phillips-recruitment-trainee-engineer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/phillips-recruitment-trainee-engineer.html","title":{"rendered":"Phillips Recruitment: Trainee Engineer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Title: TRAINEE ENGINEER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Trainee Engineer is responsible to the Site Engineer for the carrying out of delegated tasks with regards the day-to-day operations of the Site of the Company\u2019s business<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities\/Skills: &#8211; 1.\tCalculate dimensions, square footage, profile and component specifications, and material quantities, using calculator or computer.<br \/>\n2.\tDraft detailed dimensional drawings and design layouts for projects and to ensure conformance to specifications.<br \/>\n3.\tAnalyze proposed site factors and design maps, graphs, tracings, and diagrams to illustrate findings.<br \/>\n4.\tRead and review project blueprints and structural specifications to determine dimensions of structure or system and material requirements.<br \/>\n5.\tPrepare reports and document project activities and data.<br \/>\n6.\tConfer with supervisor to determine project details, such as plan preparation, acceptance testing, and evaluation of field conditions.<br \/>\n7.\tInspect project site and evaluate contractor work to detect design malfunctions and ensure conformance to design specifications and applicable codes.<br \/>\n8.\tPlan and conduct field surveys to locate new sites and analyze details of project sites.<br \/>\n9.\tDevelop plans and estimate costs for installation of systems, utilization of facilities, or construction of structures.<br \/>\n10.\tReport maintenance problems occurring at project site to supervisor and negotiate changes to resolve system conflicts.<br \/>\n11.\tConduct materials test and analysis, using tools and equipment, and applying engineering knowledge.<br \/>\n12.\tRespond to public suggestions and complaints.<br \/>\n13.\tEvaluate facility to determine suitability for occupancy and square footage availability.<br \/>\n14.\tProvide both professional and business input at the Company.<br \/>\n15.\tEnsure that action plans are developed, implemented and monitored.<br \/>\nOther Requirements: &#8211; Minimum 5 years post qualification experience in building and construction work.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.phillipsrecruitmentonline.com\/employee\/jsJobDetails.asp?jid=439\"><strong>Click here to view Job and Apply Online<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Title: TRAINEE ENGINEER The Trainee Engineer is responsible to the Site Engineer for the carrying out of delegated tasks with regards the day-to-day operations of the Site of the&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":false,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[32],"tags":[],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
