We recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0HR Generalist<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To ensure success, HR Generalists should exhibit strong decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management and training.<\/li>\n<li>Top candidates will be comfortable managing grey areas, effective at scheduling and methodical in the recruitment process.<\/li>\n<li>We are looking to employ an HR Generalist with outstanding analytical and communication skills. An HR Generalist is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and conflict management skills.<\/li>\n<li>You will have excellent negotiation and problem solving skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform orientations and update records of new staff.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the organization\u2019s employee database and prepare reports.<\/li>\n<li>Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with budget monitoring and payroll.<\/li>\n<li>Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend strategies to motivate employees.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks and issuing employment contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent record keeping skills.<\/li>\n<li>Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Superb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.<\/li>\n<li>Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Meticulous attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources or related (essential).<\/li>\n<li>2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator (essential).<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.<\/li>\n<li>Efficient HR administration and people management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send an updated copy of their Resume to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:ogookosun@contecglobal.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>ogookosun@contecglobal.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>12th April, 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Contec Global Group \u2013 Established in 1984 and headquartered in London, the Contec Global Group has a worldwide presence, with operations in Asia, Africa and Europe.
