That\u2019s why you own your projects and take full responsibility from an early stage.<\/li>\n<li>Our unique brands in markets around the world open up countless opportunities to follow your convictions and explore new paths.<\/li>\n<li>If you have an entrepreneurial mindset that allows you to always think out of the box \u2013 take the chance and shape the digital future together with us.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your Role<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planning and Logistics steering<\/li>\n<li>Controlling and regular reporting of costs and performance KPIs related to sales, operation and supply chain<\/li>\n<li>Profit margin focus<\/li>\n<li>Developing, planning, monitoring, forecasting and regular reporting of cost and performance KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>Setting up and managing processes in the area of financial controlling &amp; reporting and relevant reporting tools.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the Head of Finance\/General Manager for the preparation of financial analyses, ad hoc risk analysis and management reports, while actively contributing with ideas to improve cost effectiveness.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the Head of Finance\/General Manager to ensure timely completion of key project milestone<\/li>\n<li>Reporting on the status of projects.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring of compliance with relevant internal and external guidelines and standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications\/Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in Finance or Accounting is required.<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree in Business Administration will be a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge in FMCG or Manufacturing industry is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of finance and accounting systems and concepts<\/li>\n<li>Strong project management skills required.<\/li>\n<li>SAP ERP expertise is required.<\/li>\n<li>A professional accounting qualification is necessary e.g ACCA or ICAN.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years overall work experience is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/henkel.taleo.net\/careersection\/external\/jobdetail.ftl?job=190002FB\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>Ongoing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Henkel holds leading positions in many markets and categories around the world.
