We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Office Administrator<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Details<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a reliable Female Office Administrator that will ensure the smooth running of our company\u2019s offices and contributes to driving sustainable growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage agendas\/travel arrangements\/appointments etc. for the upper management<\/li>\n<li>Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail letters, packages etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary<\/li>\n<li>Submit timely reports and prepare presentations\/proposals as assigned<\/li>\n<li>Assist colleagues whenever necessary<\/li>\n<li>Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures<\/li>\n<li>Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma; BSc\/BA in Office Administration or relevant field is preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Experience and skills requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organizational and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Must be living around Ikoyi \u2013 Ajah (Island).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resume to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jobs@seeafrica.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>jobs@seeafrica.com.ng<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>See Africa is a gateway to \u201cAfrica\u201d and other attraction centers for a guided tour, explore the historic centers of Africa and historic arts and artist from the continent.
