Limited \u2013 Our client, India\u2019s leading MEP (Industrial, Electrical &amp; Public Health and safety) Services Company, is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Mechanical &amp; Electrical Business Development Manager<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist our client to prepare competitive techno commercial offers for opportunities in Region attend pre-bid, post-bid meetings including site visits and preparation of reports in respect thereof;<\/li>\n<li>Assist our client in negotiation with the relevant stakeholders during project award stage; and<\/li>\n<li>Assist our client , during project execution of successfully supplied projects, to obtain timely payment from customers, to identify suitable local sub-contractors, and in ` resolution and risk mitigation.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and obtain opportunities in Region for sale of the Products and\/or Projects<\/li>\n<li>Develop partner networks<\/li>\n<li>Travel across the region to meet the potential developers, consultants, suppliers, contractors &amp; subcontractors etc. and provide a brief report on a monthly basis .<\/li>\n<li>Assist for representing our client in various forums as may be required for marketing and branding activities across the Region.;<\/li>\n<li>Actively engage with relevant stakeholders for conception of projects that may utilise the Products, and\/or the services of our client for the execution of the projects;<\/li>\n<li>Connect our client with potential customers with decision making authority in Region;<\/li>\n<li>Update our client regarding existing and potential competition and prevailing market rates and business drivers;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for candidate with relevant expereince of developing businesses in MEP (Mechanical, Electrcial &amp; Plumbing domain)<\/li>\n<li>French speaking is must.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/mechanical-electrical-business-development-manager-at-park-business-consultants-pvt-ltd-1217585120\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Park Business Consultants Pvt.
