We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong> Job Title:\u00a0Business Development Executive<br \/>\nLocation<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nDuties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software<\/li>\n<li>Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans<\/li>\n<li>Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)<\/li>\n<li>Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies<\/li>\n<li>Building business relationships with current and potential clients<\/li>\n<li>Creating and maintaining a list\/database of prospect clients; maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information<\/li>\n<li>Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with client through closing process<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements and Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Persuasive and goal-oriented<\/li>\n<li>Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives<\/li>\n<li>1-2\u00a0 years of cold calling experience; previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analytical and time-management skills<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated and proven sales results<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred<\/li>\n<li>Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM\/Salesforce experience preferred<\/li>\n<li>Experience with lead generation and prospect management<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:adenike.ladega@tranter-it.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>adenike.ladega@tranter-it.com<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TITIS is Tranter IT Infrastructure Services Limited, it is a spin-off of Tranter International Company.
