We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nJob Title:\u00a0HR Coordinator<\/strong><br \/>\nRef No: 501530<br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Nigeria<br \/>\nJob Type: Full Time<br \/>\nReports to: HR Manager<\/p>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete offer letters, orientation and new hire notification. Track monthly Time to Fill and Cost per Hire numbers, and complete weekly staffing reports.<\/li>\n<li>Prepares offer letters, employee new hire paperwork, status changes, terms, separation notices and other related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.<\/li>\n<li>Plans and conducts new employee orientation to introduce new employees to company policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Assist management with hiring forms, salary increases, termination checklist, and any other forms required.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a resource for all Managers regarding legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resource functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.<\/li>\n<li>Complete exit interviews, following templated question form.<\/li>\n<li>Trains management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, safety, and sexual harassment.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain files on training records for employees.<\/li>\n<li>Review and submit invoices for payment.(Ex: Advertising, service award invoices, medicals, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Maintain performance reviews for all employees.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports for management as requested.<\/li>\n<li>Complete month end reports, including headcount and contractor reports.<\/li>\n<li>Understands and responds to inquiries regarding company policies, procedures, and programs.<\/li>\n<li>Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work with confidential information, including sensitive legal matters.<\/li>\n<li>Maintains accurate HR files in accordance with records retention schedules.<\/li>\n<li>Schedule, organize and coordinate meetings and department functions.<\/li>\n<li>Responds professionally and timely to general internal customer requests.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to team efforts by completing other assigned tasks and projects as needed.<\/li>\n<li>Support recruiting efforts, interviews, and assist in selecting employees to fill vacant positions.<\/li>\n<li>Source, screen resumes and refer candidates to Managers depending on guideline set from Manager. Assist in initial interview and set up of appointments.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate travel, telephone screens and interviews and background checks.<\/li>\n<li>Complete reference checks on any future considerations of employees and communicate with unsuccessful candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain resume files for future reference and openings.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate short-term positions with staffing agencies.<\/li>\n<li>Develop job descriptions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\nPreferred Education\/Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree from four-year college or university; or five years related experience and\/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills or Tools:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills, including tact and diplomacy dealing with regulatory agencies, vendors and all levels of employment.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to travel as required<\/li>\n<li>Good oral and written communication skills with attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational in order to work independently, set priorities, and thoroughness in critical follow-up.<\/li>\n<li>Implement and maintain job postings, job descriptions and employee records for field location.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient computer skills and numerous software packages, i.e. Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/recruit.hirebridge.com\/v3\/careercenter\/v2\/details.aspx?jid=501530&amp;cid=5506&amp;locvalue=1424\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: Exterran is an equal opportunity employer.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Exterran Corporation (NYSE: EXTN) is a global systems and process company offering solutions in the oil, gas, water and power markets.
