\nReport to the Group Research & Business Development Manager, have responsibility for the development and implementation of analytical methods and procedures and quality assurance on raw materials, products under development and finished products.<\/p>\n
\n(1) B.Sc \/M.Sc Analytical \/Industrial Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Chemistry. Membership of ICCON \/IPAN.
\n(2) Five 0 ‘Level Credits, including Maths & English at not more than two sittings.<\/p>\n
\nOrganized, reliable and resourceful with good interpersonal, analytical\/problem solving skills and exceptional degree of sustained creativity.<\/p>\n
\n5yrs cognate experience in a similar position in food analysis laboratory<\/p>\n
\nReport to the Group Research & Business Development Manager, will provide rheological and microbiological data on raw materials, in process and finished products. Quality assurance through lab evaluation of raw materials, products under development and finished products.<\/p>\n
\n(1) B.Sc.\/M.Sc Food Science & Technology. Membership of NIFST.
\n(2) Five 0 ‘Level Credits, including Maths & English at not more than two sittings.<\/p>\n
\nOrganized, reliable and resourceful with good interpersonal, analytical\/problem solving skills and exceptional degree of sustained creativity.<\/p>\n
\n5 yrs hands-on experience in a similar R & D environment in Food & Allied Industry, research institute or academia; working knowledge of HACCP, Glutomatic, RVA, Viscometer, Consistometer for evaluation of rheological\/functional properties of Flour and Food Products.<\/p>\n
\n3.)\u00a0 Research Lab. Assistant (Ref: RLA 2010)<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nResponsible for conducting rheological and microbiological evaluation on raw materials, products under development and finished products.<\/p>\n
\n(1) ND Food Science & Technology\/Microbiology\/Lab Science and Technology
\n(2) Five 0 ‘Level Credits, including Maths & English at not more than two sittings.<\/p>\n
\nSuccessful candidate must have an eye for detail, possess analytical skills and must be computer literate.<\/p>\n
\n2 yrs cognate experience in R & D environment in Food & Allied industry, research institutes or academia. Experience in food rheological and\/or microbiology would be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
\nResponsible for the management of the pilot plant facilites for effective production of product samples for sensory evaulation, setting of specifications and test marketing for launch.<\/p>\n
\n(1) ND mechanical \/ Chemical \/ Electrical \/ Agricultural\/ food\/ Instrumentation Engineering,
\n(2) Five O\u2019 Level credits, including maths & English at not more than two sittings Target driven with good communication skills.<\/p>\n
\n3 yrs cognate experience in operation\/maintenance function in food processing company<\/p>\n
\n5.)\u00a0 Product Dev. Assistant (Snacks and Cereals) (Ref: PDAS 2010)<\/strong><\/p>\n
\nProvide assistance in the development of new and continuous re-development of existing products, identification and performance testing of all raw materials, products and manufacturing procedures for these products.<\/p>\n
\n(1) ND Food Technology or related field
\n(2) Five 0 ‘Level Credits, including Maths & English at not more than two sittings.<\/p>\n
\nMust be proactive, resourceful, self motivated, target driven and communicate scientific information concisely. Ability to select, implement and evaluate problem solving techniques and tools effectively<\/p>\n
\n2yrs cognate experience particularly in the flour milling, confectionery\/bakery related industry; demonstrated knowledge of product development process is essential.<\/p>\n
