We are recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nJob Title:\u00a0Client Relationship Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer Relationship Officers handle the concerns of the people who buy their company\u2019s products or services.<\/li>\n<li>They work to rectify issues experienced by individual customers as well as aim to improve the organization\u2019s overall customer satisfaction ratings.<\/li>\n<li>Those interested in a career as a Customer Relationship Officer should like to interact with people in various ways.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues.<\/li>\n<li>Updating the CRM<\/li>\n<li>Passing leads to the sales team and following up on progress.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel within customer companies.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.<\/li>\n<li>Alerting the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients.<\/li>\n<li>Letting customers know about other products the company offers.<\/li>\n<li>Escalating and resolving areas of concern as raised by clients.<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of OND certificate.<\/li>\n<li>Experienced-Entry level as successful candidates would be trained.<\/li>\n<li>Candidates must reside within either Maryland or Lekki environs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Required Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Good listening skills<\/li>\n<li>Negotiation skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to adapt to completing deadline<\/li>\n<li>Presentation and persuasive skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a target driven environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remuneration<\/strong><br \/>\nN50,000 \u2013 N60,000 per month.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their Resume to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@workplacecentre.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>careers@workplacecentre.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0with Role_Location as subject of the mail<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>20th May, 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Workplace Centre Limited \u2013 We are a World Class Skills Development and HR \/ ICT Consulting Services organisation that adds significant value to our clients and society.
