{"id":74505,"date":"2019-05-10T09:00:47","date_gmt":"2019-05-10T08:00:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=74505"},"modified":"2019-05-10T09:28:23","modified_gmt":"2019-05-10T08:28:23","slug":"kpmg-nigeria-recent-employment-opportunity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/kpmg-nigeria-recent-employment-opportunity.html","title":{"rendered":"KPMG Nigeria Recent Employment Opportunity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>KPMG Nigeria \u2013 Our client, a reputable player in the Food industry that always strives to attract and retain the very best talent is recruiting to fill the position below:<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nJob Title:\u00a0Head, Risk Management &amp; Compliance<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Ref #:<\/strong> 215<br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ogun State<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nOverview<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In line with the company\u2019s decision to ensure key roles are filled by suitably qualified candidates who have hands-on experience seeks an exceptional Head, Risk Management and Compliance with proven integrity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Detailed Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Incorporate risk considerations into strategic decision-making and ensure alignment between business strategies of line management and the Company\u2019s risk policy.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure periodic re-evaluation of Company\u2019s risk appetite within the context of its risk environment and make recommendations to the Executive Management team on the appropriate risk response(s) and their implications for the business.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct periodic (scheduled and unscheduled) compliance checks across the Company\u2019s operations in accordance with the Company\u2019s laid down policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend relevant sanctions and penalties for the approval of the MD, based on outcomes of compliance checks.<\/li>\n<li>Define the Company\u2019s Enterprise Risk Management Framework and establish guidelines for the development and implementation of supporting policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with departments to facilitate the implementation of the Company\u2019s risk management framework, including the ongoing identification of risks, assessment and recording of business risks, definition of risk mitigation strategies, assignment of risk owners, monitoring and reporting on compliance with laid down policies and procedures on risk management.<\/li>\n<li>Work with risk owners and managers, collaboratively, to develop risk mitigation responses in line with the agreed levels of risk tolerance.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and review the Company\u2019s risk management policies and procedures, methodology, frameworks and tools for continued relevance, and suggest amendments necessary to update them on an ongoing basis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 12-13 years risk management experience in a reputable organization from the Food and Beverages or manufacturing industry with strong risk management skill, with at least five (5) years at managing the strategic direction of a business risk unit.<\/li>\n<li>Applicants must have worked or currently working in the Manufacturing or Food and Beverages Industry.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree or its equivalent in Finance, Economics or Management.<\/li>\n<li>Professional accounting certification, e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CISA or other relevant higher business degree<\/li>\n<li>Risk management certification is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/kpmgng.avature.net\/careers\/JobDetail\/Ogun-State-Nigeria-Head-Risk-Management-Compliance\/183\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>KPMG Nigeria \u2013 Our client, a reputable player in the Food industry that always strives to attract and retain the very best talent is recruiting to fill the position below:&#8230;..<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":10165,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"om_disable_all_campaigns":false,"jetpack_post_was_ever_published":false,"_jetpack_newsletter_access":"","_jetpack_newsletter_tier_id":0,"footnotes":"","jetpack_publicize_message":"","jetpack_is_tweetstorm":false,"jetpack_publicize_feature_enabled":true,"jetpack_social_post_already_shared":false,"jetpack_social_options":{"image_generator_settings":{"template":"highway","enabled":false}}},"categories":[43],"tags":[650],"jetpack_publicize_connections":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v21.5 -
