We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Human Resource Manager<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Duties \/Specification<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, implement and sustain positive employee relations programs that drive high employee engagement and help create a high performing work culture<\/li>\n<li>Manage and direct safety and health programs<\/li>\n<li>Managing employee files and data<\/li>\n<li>Manage facility supplies, PPE and uniforms<\/li>\n<li>Conflict resolution<\/li>\n<li>Recruitments<\/li>\n<li>Advising on compensation and benefits<\/li>\n<li>Developing and analyzing training programs in conjunction with supervisors<\/li>\n<li>Manage performance review and assessment<\/li>\n<li>Representing the company in matters with government and regulatory bodies<\/li>\n<li>Representing the company by membership or participation in professional or similar organizations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirement\/Qualities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to analyze, interpret and explain legal framework regulating employment<\/li>\n<li>Integrity and approachability<\/li>\n<li>Thorough knowledge of HR management and best practices<\/li>\n<li>Excellent organization and leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to collaborate with a broad range of individuals<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 3 years experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience in manufacturing setting is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Sound knowledge of MS programs (Word, Excel, Power point)<\/li>\n<li>B.Sc. in Human resources, Psychology, Business Administration or similar social science degrees<\/li>\n<li>Resourceful and Energetic<\/li>\n<li>Exercise good judgemen<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to serve others<\/li>\n<li>Good oral and written communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Condition<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extended work hours<\/li>\n<li>Employee is required to walk around the premises regularly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jobs@holdentinternational.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>jobs@holdentinternational.com<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\n<strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>7th June, 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Holdent International Limited was incorporated as a limited liability company on October 5, 1999.
