The thrust of Byteworks is that by implementing its products through excellence, commitment, innovation and integrity, there is a consistent increase in revenue generation in Nigeria as a whole by employing its products in every state\/sector it is applied<br \/>\nWe are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Technical Assistant to Chief Technology Officer<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja<\/p>\n<p><strong>Roles \/ Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Keep abreast of new and emerging technologies, and other developments in other areas of work<\/li>\n<li>Assist in developing, communicating and updating process and policies for the technology teams, and driving adoption of same across the organization<\/li>\n<li>Assist to follow up with and manage the welfare and total wellbeing of technology team members<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and send periodic reports to specified stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Receive specific requests and direction from supervisors and execute and report without being closely monitored<\/li>\n<li>Manage project planning, tracking and timely delivery for specified initiatives or deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Setup meetings, document proceedings and action steps and follow through. Attend meetings in place of superior where required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet tools and database systems<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in technical writing and ability to read and understand technical documentation<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal skills and team management and motivation skills<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 2:1 in Computer Science or any other related field.<\/li>\n<li>Track record of driving initiatives to benefit realization, even if it is on a small scale<\/li>\n<li>Can work with minimal supervision<\/li>\n<li>Technically inclined.<\/li>\n<li>A degree in Computer Science or Technology Policy Management and related fields is preferred<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently and has good time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Eye for details<\/li>\n<li>Can work well under pressure and deadlines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:careers@byteworks.com.ng\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>careers@byteworks.com.ng<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>17th May, 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Byteworks Technology Solutions Limited is a fast-growing software and technology company indigenously owned; constituted of smart and committed young professionals.
