We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Front Desk Manager<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Space is looking to hire a Front Desk manager to oversee all receptionist duties at our entrance desk and to manage all social media platforms and digital communication for our brand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Welcome guests and clients with excellent customer service<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the front desk and entire office is always neat<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the office is equipped with necessary supplies<\/li>\n<li>Receive clients\u2019 enquiries and forward where necessary<\/li>\n<li>Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate offices<\/li>\n<li>Maintain records and files<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in any field<\/li>\n<li>Vibrant, cheerful, smart and pleasant<\/li>\n<li>Great with Microsoft office tools<\/li>\n<li>Possess a strong social media power user and have a proven background building a quality online following for a business<\/li>\n<li>Experience using social media analytics tools and the ability to tweak marketing strategies based on findings<\/li>\n<li>Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas<\/li>\n<li>Ability to create cutting-edge social media and digital marketing content<\/li>\n<li>Experience with social advertising platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram &amp;
