We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Administrative Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage office supplies stock and place orders<\/li>\n<li>Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and update company databases<\/li>\n<li>Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents<\/li>\n<li>Answer questions by employees and clients<\/li>\n<li>Update office policies as needed<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments<\/li>\n<li>Book meeting rooms as required<\/li>\n<li>Distribute and store correspondence.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>High School Diploma. Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of office procedures<\/li>\n<li>Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)<\/li>\n<li>Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Public Relation Officer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong>: Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nResponsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responding to requests for information release or press conference from the media or appointing a spokesperson or source of information.<\/li>\n<li>Creating and maintaining relationships with consumer, community, employee, and public interest groups.<\/li>\n<li>Writing press releases and other media communications to promote customers.<\/li>\n<li>Planning or directing the development of programs to maintain favorable public and stockholder views of the organization\u2019s agenda and accomplishments.<\/li>\n<li>Coaching client representatives in effective communication with the public and employees.<\/li>\n<li>Studying the organization\u2019s objectives, promotional policies, and needs to build public relations strategies that influence public opinion and promote products, ideas, and services.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and editing organizational publications, including employee newsletters or stockholders\u2019 reports, for internal and external audiences.<\/li>\n<li>Updating and maintaining Web content.<\/li>\n<li>Conferring with managers to identify trends and group interests and providing advice on business decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in related field<\/li>\n<li>Experience handling a conference.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to pitch to media.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of consumer marketing.<\/li>\n<li>An ability to work on big strategy plans as well as day-to-day<\/li>\n<li>Creative and Strategic thinking.<\/li>\n<li>Deadline-oriented, inquisitive, with great follow-up and reporting skills.<\/li>\n<li>Creativity in securing coverage and buzz with traditional outlets.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of social media and solid experience working with bloggers.<\/li>\n<li>Project and budget management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Responds well under pressure with strict time limit.<\/li>\n<li>Quick and enthusiastic learner.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:chartwellsecuritieslimited@gmail.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>chartwellsecuritieslimited@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job Title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>21st June, 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Chartwell Securities Limited is a company of Investment Managers and Stockbrokers focussed largely on the investment needs of Private and Institutional Clients.
