All our solutions are accompanied by comprehensive maintenance services, to ensure the solutions run 365 days a year. We are currently operational in Ghana and Nigeria. We are currently seeking qualified candidate to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Solar Project Engineer\/Engineering Manager<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Trains client on how to operate and optimally use the system<\/li>\n<li>Field Service<\/li>\n<li>Resolves site issues remotely and through site visits<\/li>\n<li>Ensures customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Develop standard operating procedures and HSE standards for solar installation work.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and coach technical staff to meet the objectives of Daybreak Power Solutions Limited in Nigeria;<\/li>\n<li>Introduce best-engineering practices in the company to ensure it is at the forefront of innovation and good management practices<\/li>\n<li>Review technological trends in the local and global energy sector;<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with regulatory and governmental institutions as required.<\/li>\n<li>Project Management<\/li>\n<li>Develops a project plan to execute a sales contract<\/li>\n<li>Design and plan solar power installations;<\/li>\n<li>Leads the supply chain process to order parts internationally and locally<\/li>\n<li>Leads and trains the solar installers<\/li>\n<li>Conduct quality assurance of technical installations of both Daybreak Power\u2019s team as well as the installations of our technical partners;<\/li>\n<li>Direct, coordinate and supervise the installations of solar power solutions;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work well in a team environment &amp; have good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>French language proficiency is an advantage<\/li>\n<li>Flexible to travel domestically and Internationally<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Engineering Preferably Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical<\/li>\n<li>Must be proud of your work, take ownership, and be passionate about quality of workmanship<\/li>\n<li>Must have prior experience installing AC coupled solar systems, Battery inverters, and generators<\/li>\n<li>At least 3 years (5 years for Engineering Manager) of Engineering experience in the solar industry<\/li>\n<li>PMP Certificate a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Working Conditions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Approximately 30% of time shall be spent in an office environment.
