From a weekly youth club in a local barber shop in 1995, Youngstars Foundation is growing to emerge as one of the lead youth non-profit that is building young people and strengthening youth organizations involved in development programs in Africa.<\/p>\n<p>Youngstars Foundation is now in Special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) of the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UNDESA), and is registered with CAC Nigeria as Youngstars Development Initiative (CAC\/IT\/NO 21517) and in Ghana as Youngstars Development Initiative (G.21, 431). We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong> Job Title:\u00a0Online TV Presenter Intern<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong> Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja<br \/>\nDuration: 3 months and renewable<br \/>\nCommencement Date: 3rd June 2019.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>He\/She will develop and present youth content and programs for social media platforms.<\/li>\n<li>He\/She will be required to write scripts for programs.<\/li>\n<li>He\/She should be able to research topics and background information for items to be featured on the programme\/shows<\/li>\n<li>He\/She will provide links, insights and media assistance on projects and programs<\/li>\n<li>He\/She would ensure that programs and shows run as scheduled, respond positively and quickly to problems or changes and improvise where necessary<\/li>\n<li>Schedule\/Organize meetings and interviews with programme stakeholders in relation to subject of discussion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Basic DNA<\/li>\n<li>Highly creative, innovative and can generate ideas<\/li>\n<li>Passionate about development and young people<\/li>\n<li>Enjoys team spirit and collaboration<\/li>\n<li>Understands democratic governance issues in Nigeria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Core Competence:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>He\/She must possess excellent written and verbal (Presentation) communication skills<\/li>\n<li>He\/She must possess the ability to think independently and take\u00a0initiative<\/li>\n<li>He\/She must be flexible and open to change<\/li>\n<li>He\/she must possess the ability to use a computer and main software packages competently<\/li>\n<li>He\/she must possess the ability to accept criticism and work well under\u00a0pressure<\/li>\n<li>He\/she must be self motivated and be able to meets deadlines<\/li>\n<li>He\/she must be tolerant and respectful of other tribes, religion and nationality.<\/li>\n<li>He\/she must be an excellent team player.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Interested and qualified candidates should send their CV and Cover Letter to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:jobs@youngstarsfoundation.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>jobs@youngstarsfoundation.org<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using the Job title as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>29th May, 2019.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0TV Presenter<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Abuja<br \/>\n<strong>Commencement:<\/strong> June 2018.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project Focus<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and present youth programs and content for traditional and social media platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are you a creative, experienced and interactive?
