We are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0PHP Developer<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job Field:<\/strong> ICT \/ Computer<br \/>\n<strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full Time<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nJob Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking for a PHP Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users.<\/li>\n<li>Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.<\/li>\n<li>You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application. Therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop, implement and maintain object oriented backend applications with PHP, MySQL.<\/li>\n<li>Produce and launch of sites.<\/li>\n<li>Perform code verification and determine recommendations for adaptation.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze processes in order to provide solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good HTML\/JS\/CSS knowledge.<\/li>\n<li>Zend experience will be considered an advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent analysis, problem-solving and communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with source control repositories (GIT) is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently as well as in a team.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to deal with constantly changing technical priorities.<\/li>\n<li>Strong command of the English language.<\/li>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years professional PHP developmental experience<\/li>\n<li>Highly skilled and experienced in PHP.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of database technologies to scale for high volume web sites.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in dealing with large scale web site that receive millions of visits per day.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge with dealing large system including logging and reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.buffer.media\/careers\/php-developer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Click here to apply<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nNote:<\/strong>\u00a0This position is only for residents living around or close to Apapa<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Buffer Media is transforming the way brands reach and talk to consumers, to drive meaningful engagements at incredible scale.
