Due to expansion, they are in need of:<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Deputy Finance Manager\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Job type:<\/strong> Full time<strong><br \/>\nJob Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leads the company\u2019s financial accounting, reporting and control activities; ensuring they are carried out efficiently and line with best practice and statutory requirements<\/li>\n<li>To provide accurate and timely financial services including setting monthly budgets, forecasts, cash flow analysis, management and financial accounts and advice support inform decision making at all level.<\/li>\n<li>To manage the annual audit process in conjunction with the appointed external auditors to ensure statutory accounts are produced within the required timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates the preparation and renditions of statutory returns and compliance within the statutory provisions.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures Quality Control over financial transactions and financial reporting by ensuring timely trial balance review, preparation of schedules to accounts and bank reconciliation reports<\/li>\n<li>Develops annual operating budgets as well as all project budgets and oversees them.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and comply with Local, State and Federal Government statutory requirements and tax filings.<\/li>\n<li>Monitors financial performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions, minimizing the impact of the variances<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates and ensures regular Meetings and following up on matters arising from such meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely preparation and rendition of Audited Financial Statements (AFS) and the timely filing of the AFS with the relevant statutory agencies.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for month-end and year-end accounting period close of process and monthly trial balance review to ensure integrity and correctness of the company\u2019s accounting records.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: Minimum: Graduate degree or equivalent qualification in Commerce.<\/li>\n<li>Additional: Preferably a Chartered Accountant\/ MBA in Finance\/ CFA<\/li>\n<li>Experience: 4 \u2013 5 years of experience in Finance &amp; Accounts<\/li>\n<li>Overall\/vast knowledge of Excel usage (Pivot, Vlookup, concatenate).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Knowledge &amp; Key Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proficient with Microsoft office<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge &amp; understanding of financial systems &amp; processes<\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurship<\/li>\n<li>Personal &amp; Professional Development<\/li>\n<li>Delivering Results<\/li>\n<li>Communication<\/li>\n<li>Networking<\/li>\n<li>Leadership<\/li>\n<li>Quality &amp; Service Orientation<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork &amp; Collaboration<\/li>\n<li>Diversity Sensitivity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/fadacresources.zohorecruit.com\/recruit\/PortalDetail.na?iframe=true&amp;digest=N1nn95I8RLzp6NJvjbTifHGAUnkE7bVo.a85bxdBEmQ-&amp;jobid=421832000003252001&amp;widgetid=421832000000072311&amp;embedsource=CareerSite\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>28th June, 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Fadac Resources and Services \u2013 Our client is one of the world\u2019s largest outsourcing and technology service specialist for governments and diplomatic missions worldwide.
