We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nJob Title:\u00a0Senior Solutions Sales Executive \u2013 SAP Successfactors<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<br \/>\n<strong>Requisition ID:<\/strong> 218749<br \/>\n<strong>Work Area:<\/strong> Sales<br \/>\n<strong>Expected Travel:<\/strong> 0 \u2013 50%<br \/>\n<strong>Career Status:<\/strong> Professional<br \/>\n<strong>Employment Type:<\/strong> Regular Full Time<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nRole Description<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The primary purpose of the Solution Sales Executive is to achieve their overall revenue goal.\u00a0 In order to achieve this goal, the Solution Sales Executive must create a complete territory business plan that generates at least 3x their quota in pipeline opportunity.<\/li>\n<li>The Solution Sales Executive is responsible to identify and qualify opportunities, develop and drive strategy.<\/li>\n<li>The Solution Sales Executive will develop an opportunity plan containing the value proposition for all of SAP\u2019s targeted line of business\u00a0 solutions (CRM, HCM, SCM, GRC, EPM, Business Intelligence, etc.) and services to potential customers &amp; prospects in that territory.<\/li>\n<li>It is expected that the Solution Sales Executive be adept at creating and nurturing executive relationships on their own while positioning the SAP executive team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Expectations and Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leads efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts<\/li>\n<li>Works to attain various sales objectives related to securing new business opportunities within named customers<\/li>\n<li>Develops sales best practices securing repeatable and expansive opportunities across named accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Works with the Sales Manager and team to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline &amp; close deals<\/li>\n<li>Works with the Regional VAT to educate target accounts on the solution set and conducts account planning for strategic deals<\/li>\n<li>Works to uncover and run sales cycles based opportunities as directed by the Regional Sales Lead<\/li>\n<li>Works with VAT team on sales campaigns<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education And Qualification \/ Skills and Competencies<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in related fields (Business \/ Engineering or Technology)<\/li>\n<li>Completion of Sales Methodology training preferred<\/li>\n<li>Communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork &amp; Collaboration<\/li>\n<li>Presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Sales Product Solution Knowledge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years of experience selling business software and\/or IT solutions<\/li>\n<li>Experience selling to CXOs<\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in target achievement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.sap.com\/job\/Lagos-Senior-Solutions-Sales-Executive-SAP-Successfactors-Job-LA\/529051001\/?feedId=244601\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SAP started in 1972 as a team of five colleagues with a desire to do something new.
