We are recruiting to fill the position below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Internal Control Supervisor<br \/>\nLocation:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Role Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To review all Internal processes, systems and policies and make recommendations. And ensure the risk to the business is minimized with a view of delivering improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, organize and carry out the Internal Control function, including the preparation of an audit manual and audit plan.<\/li>\n<li>Perform supervision functions, and reasonably ensure the realization of Management policy and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Study the Company\u2019s Internal Control specific functions, work plan and prioritize work system, propose internal control policies.<\/li>\n<li>Assists in establishing and improving anti-fraud mechanism, and properly pay attention, and check for possible fraud.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the rationality and effectiveness of the company\u2019s internal control system, design and follow up on implementation and improvement of the internal control system.<\/li>\n<li>Formulate and implement the company\u2019s annual internal control plans.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct special audit investigations on important issues in the company\u2019s operation and management.<\/li>\n<li>Provide audit recommendations or consulting services for problems identified in the audit.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct auditing supervision on major disciplinary matters and propose suggestions for handling.<\/li>\n<li>Check the implementation of audit findings and improvement plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification\/Skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc\/HND in Finance or Accounting<\/li>\n<li>5 years or more experience in Accounting, Finance or Auditing in an FMCG Firm.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of internal controls process and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills.
