In view of our quest for expansion, we are currently recruiting to fill the position below:<br \/>\n&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Team Lead \u2013 Legal\/HR<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:<\/strong>\u00a0Lagos<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\nResponsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure and maintain an accurate filing system for proper documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Manage, oversee and supervise new staff recruitment, on boarding and induction of staff<\/li>\n<li>Provide and manage trainings for all staff at various levels for continuous employee development.<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate Employee Performance Appraisal with heads of department.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise and manage employees\u2019 issues with the company.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously ensuring and safeguarding the interests of the company and the employees as far as statutory requirements are concerned.<\/li>\n<li>Other related and administrative issues<\/li>\n<li>Offer legal advice and support on issues that may affect the company.<\/li>\n<li>Draft and review letters and contracts and all legal documents for the company.<\/li>\n<li>Identifying legal requirements and government regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures and reporting are in compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Review new contracts or amendments to existing contracts prior to execution by management.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and submitting detailed evaluations of major contracts or changes and ensuring that all contract terms submitted represent the best interest of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the resolution of legal matters and advise management on any arising legal issues.<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with government agencies and all external contractors on any legal or statutory issues.<\/li>\n<li>Draft, review and implement HR policies and procedures for the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A relevant Bachelor\u2019s Degree (e.g. LL.B; B.L.).<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years of relevant experience.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant qualification in Human Resources would be an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel and Power Point.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:recruitment2@ekomaintenance.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>recruitment2@ekomaintenance.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0Using the \u201cJob Title\u201d as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0<\/strong>20th June, 2019.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eko Maintenance Limited is a rapidly growing Facility Management Company that specializes in maintenance of high rise building facilities with office located in Victoria Island, Lagos.
