{"id":75764,"date":"2019-06-20T16:15:36","date_gmt":"2019-06-20T15:15:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=75764"},"modified":"2019-06-20T16:15:36","modified_gmt":"2019-06-20T15:15:36","slug":"willers-solutions-limited-available-employment-opportunity","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/willers-solutions-limited-available-employment-opportunity.html","title":{"rendered":"Willers Solutions Limited  Available Employment Opportunity"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Willers Solutions Limited \u2013 Our client, a reputable firm in Lagos State is seeking to employ qualified candidate to fill the role below:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nJob Title:\u00a0Secretary (Legal Practitioner)<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Lagos<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Descriptions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage company meetings and conduct due diligence<\/li>\n<li>Advise and ensure the company on complying with the applicable rules and regulations<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper the proper custody of the statutory and other books of the company<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with the HR department to monitor and review the administration of the company\u2019s policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Co-ordinate the legal dimension and activities of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Support the finance department with corporate information during statutory audits<\/li>\n<li>Provide legal advisory support to all functional managers and heads of department<\/li>\n<li>Deals with legal correspondence collate information needed for company secretariat function and produce executive management reports as required.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in implementing the legal process of the company.<\/li>\n<li>Maintenance of the company\u2019s statutory registers or books.<\/li>\n<li>Review, advise and implement draft contracts and other legal documents under the direction of staff\/legal attorneys and submits same for revision and approval.<\/li>\n<li>Establishes and maintains departmental\/divisional files including contracts, workers compensation and project administration, prepares periodic and special purpose reports.<\/li>\n<li>Performs special projects such as document control including interdepartmental tracking.<\/li>\n<li>Dealing with correspondence, collating information and writing reports, ensuring decisions made is communicated to the relevant company stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment as well as taking appropriate action in conjunction with Management and company legal attorneys<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Must have Bachelor of Law Degree (LLB Hons) from a reputable Institution<\/li>\n<li>Must be a legal practitioner<\/li>\n<li>Must have minimum of 7 years working experience with a reputable Organization<\/li>\n<li>Must have good Communication, Confidential and writing skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be a computer literate<\/li>\n<li>Must be a Female<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should send their CV in (MS Word Format) to:\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:peace.nwachukwu@willerssolutions.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>peace.nwachukwu@willerssolutions.com<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0using \u201cSecretary_Legal Practitioner\u201d as the subject of the mail.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Application Deadline:\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>24th June, 2019.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong>Only qualified Candidates would be shortlisted.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Willers Solutions Limited \u2013 Our client, a reputable firm in Lagos State is seeking to employ qualified candidate to fill the role below: &nbsp;
