{"id":75778,"date":"2019-06-25T16:47:29","date_gmt":"2019-06-25T15:47:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/?p=75778"},"modified":"2019-06-24T12:06:44","modified_gmt":"2019-06-24T11:06:44","slug":"sdsd-recent-available-employment-opportunity-apply-now","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/joblistnigeria.com\/sdsd-recent-available-employment-opportunity-apply-now.html","title":{"rendered":"SDSD Recent Available Employment Opportunity &#8211; Apply Now!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>SDSD is a software and services company, providing productivity platforms and related services to the global maritime\/shipping Industry.<br \/>\nWe are recruiting to fill the position of:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Title:\u00a0Executive Assistant to the CEO<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>Job Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Ogun<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Scope<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We are looking to recruit a personal Assistant to the CEO, your role is to enhance the CEO\u2019S capability to expand, develop and, manage business efficiently and effectively.<\/li>\n<li>As the CEO\u2019s PA you will be required to have extensive knowledge of the company, the CEO, other key persons both internal, external and inter-company and have a fundamental understanding of the company\u2019s aims and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Complete discretion and confidentiality must be maintained at all times by the PA and an understanding that this role emulates who and what the CEO is and how he\/she is perceived within the group of companies. All CEO requests must be administered managed and completed within the timeline required and to exemplary standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\nGeneral Administrative duties:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dealing with the CEO\u2019s delegation and review process\u00a0 work to assigned to managers and staff members<\/li>\n<li>Designing and producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations<\/li>\n<li>Organisation of corporate &amp; management meetings and events;<\/li>\n<li>Processing CEO\u2019s business expenses and other administrative items.<\/li>\n<li>Screening enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.<\/li>\n<li>Liaising with advisors, shareholders, intercompany directors and other staff<\/li>\n<li>Organising and maintaining the CEO\u2019s diary and making appointments, and available time to discuss issues, problems, operations and other matters.<\/li>\n<li>Organising and attending meetings, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for meetings\/business trips, preparing meeting agendas;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Company Secretarial matters:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Convening and servicing annual general meetings (AGMs)\/meetings (producing agendas, taking minutes, conveying decisions, handling meeting correspondence and so on)<\/li>\n<li>Training directors and members of the senior leadership team on corporate governance matters<\/li>\n<li>keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organisation<\/li>\n<li>ensuring that policies are up to date and are approved<\/li>\n<li>providing support to the board or other committees on specific projects<\/li>\n<li>writing monthly, quarterly\/annual report<\/li>\n<li>Collating information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Business Development Assistance:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist the CEO in developing proposals and in reviewing, negotiating and finalizing\u00a0 or other contractual and other third\/external party requirements to submit the company\u2019s best chance of winning proposal;<\/li>\n<li>Copy Edit\/Proof Read all proposals prior to submission to ensure are maintaining the company\u2019s and CEO\u2019s high presentation standards;<\/li>\n<li>Conduct research on items\/companies\/competitors\/etc as requested by the CEO.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in related field<\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years progressively responsible experience in a secretarial role of which 3 years as a PA preferably to a senior manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Key Skills:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent organisation and time management<\/li>\n<li>The ability to take the initiative<\/li>\n<li>A flexible and practical approach to work<\/li>\n<li>Discretion and diplomacy.<\/li>\n<li>Strong administrative skills and an aptitude for using IT software<\/li>\n<li>Commercial awareness<\/li>\n<li>Meticulous attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Influencing skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>How To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/jobs\/view\/1331635485\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SDSD is a software and services company, providing productivity platforms and related services to the global maritime\/shipping Industry.
