The successful candidate will work closely with teams across the Company\u2019s marketing, digital and A&amp;R departments to ensure that release plans are executed on time and with a high degree of quality.<\/li>\n<li>Our ideal candidate will have excellent personal organization skills and an enthusiasm for the media and entertainment industry in Nigeria and internationally. The successful candidate will be a \u201cbuilder\u201d with the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and growing Company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Use platform analytics tools to insight for artist and the label<\/li>\n<li>Assist the Social Media Manager in preparing and uploading video content for specific social media platforms<\/li>\n<li>Assist the finance team in preparing platform-by-platform reports<\/li>\n<li>Upload songs and videos to all the key digital platforms (YouTube, Soundcloud, Boom play, AudioMack, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Manage artist\u2019s pages on distribution platforms<\/li>\n<li>Manage communications with distribution platforms<\/li>\n<li>Manage copyright issue claims on these platforms with the assistance of the legal team<\/li>\n<li>Stay up to date on industry best practices related to distributed content<\/li>\n<li>Develop and maintain relationships with key individuals at distribution platforms<\/li>\n<li>Develop creative strategies to maximize artist\u2019s success on these digital platforms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent working knowledge of software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.<\/li>\n<li>Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Outstanding attention to details and organization skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skill and ability to work in a team<\/li>\n<li>Relevant years of experience<\/li>\n<li>A university degree<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple streams of work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Salary\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nN100,000 \u2013 N150,000 monthly<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><br \/>\nHow To Apply<\/strong><br \/>\nInterested and qualified candidates should:<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/jobs.smartrecruiters.com\/talentsq\/743999690190640-distribution-and-release-specialist\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>Click here to apply<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At Talent Sqr (RC 1453480), we help to find, grow and keep the remarkable assemblage of talent who are potential leaders in various fields as well as emerging specializations.
